Still getting used to bartering for things. It’s both an art and a science. Sometimes I know they are more than doubling the price for the ex-pat mark up, but other times I feel bad bargaining at all when the opening price is already lower than expected. And sometimes I just want conveyor belt and a cash register, so I go to the mall.
