Anna Update
Our office has recently started up several new projects, including the construction of designs we did last year. This is good news for me, as there are more opportunities for photography at actual work sites. In July, I visited the site of Diny Sunshine, a small non-profit medical clinic being built on the outskirts of Phnom Penh. The Khmer doctor, Reaksmey, who’s dream it was to start this medical center has a heart to provide quality health care for the community of people in the area who work in the local factories, the majority who are women. Watch this space for more updates to come.
Sdam Update
Sdam keeps busy between his work and as the lone elder at our church. We continue to meet on zoom every week, but we are praying that churches will be allowed to meet in person again soon. The government is putting into practice measures and regulations for schools to begin opening. This is good news across Cambodia, as many children in more remote areas do not have the opportunity to do school online. But it’s also good for the church, as these regulations will also dictate how and when religious gatherings can begin again.
